We have previously featured some Kickstarter projects here on AvatarGeneration, and we came across a nice new English language app on another crowdfunding site Indigogo.
Wikiduca is a browser-based learning game where Spanish speaking players learn the English language through a fantasy adventure game. We were impressed by their game play and nice graphics used, and how they integrated an interesting story-line with English language learning.
They are looking for $5,000 on the crowdfunding site to help develop the game.

Martha Madison’s Marvelous Machines is a serious game currently being developed by Second Avenue Learning. The team are seeking to raise $75,000 to continue what looks to be a very exciting project. Originally funded by the National Science Foundation, the game is targeted at middle school science students to help encourage ongoing interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) disciplines. In the game students collaborate to solve physical science challenges, for example how to get critical parts to a mill across a ravine where a bridge has been washed out.

We love looking for new creative Kickstarter projects for educational technology, and Critters! and more! is one particular project that caught our eye. Garrett Quesnell is looking for $5,000 to help develop apps helping students to understand the science behind ecosystems. He is also looking to develop apps covering chemistry and physics topics to promote a well rounded science education. His mission is:
