Installation Problems
Downloaded an Issue but can’t open it?
Depending on your Internet connection, sometimes an Issue doesn’t fully download. Follow the steps below to fix this:
- In the newstand store on the Magazine image hold and press until the ‘X’ appears and delete the magazine as you would any other app.
- You can also delete it by going to Settings.
- Download the app again from the app store by searching ‘Teaching The AvatarGeneration’.
- You should not be charged again.
- On a wifi connection, click again to download the Issue. The grey wheel should change from 10%-100% when it it completely downloaded.
- You should be able to open and read it.
