JumpStart Launches Madagascar Math Ops
JumpStart have announced the release of its newest mobile game, Madagascar Math Ops™. This robust math app marks the first time that the wisecracking Penguins of DreamWorks Animation’s Madagascar franchise are starring in their own mobile game. The app, which enlists players for math-based missions, follows the release of two best-selling educational mobile games from JumpStart inspired by DreamWorks Animation’s Madagascar franchise — Madagascar Preschool Surf N’ Slide™ and Madagascar: My ABCs™.
“We are thrilled to bring the Madagascar Penguins their very own mobile game. Children will love their playful humor, while parents will love the educational value of the game,” said Gary Mahan, game producer at JumpStart. “Madagascar Math Ops combines hours of math practice with fun, intuitive gameplay that will provide an endless amount of enjoyment to children.”
This game blends the best of three worlds — education, technology, and entertainment — to create a fun and comprehensive learning experience for children ages six to ten. Young learners must solve math equations to help fuel the Penguins as they launch themselves off a platform to save their Madagascar friends, Alex the Lion, Marty, Melman and Gloria.
The Zoosters of Madagascar have traveled the globe in three hit animated films, creating loyal and passionate fans worldwide. With nearly $2 billion in global box office revenue, this blockbuster franchise has also inspired an Emmy Award-winning television series, The Penguins of Madagascar on Nickelodeon.
Madagascar Math Ops™ offers the choice of thousands of math lessons, ranging from addition and subtraction to multiplication and division. Players can also choose between first through fourth grade math levels and three difficulty modes. These features, in addition to the input of educational experts on the game’s curriculum, position Madagascar Math Ops as a sure staple in every child’s math review.
Madagascar Math Ops™ can be purchased for $2.99, and a limited free version will be available.
