SymbalooEDU resources can now be used by teachers inside of the VSCHOOLZ platform so that they can be tagged to Common Core Standards. Teachers can then design customized courses using the VSCHOOLZ Instructional Design Center.
SymbalooEDU is a resource management tool that helps educators and students curate and organize the best of the web into individualized instruction. With SymbalooEDU educators can organize teaching resources in the cloud and access them from any device.
“VSCHOOLZ is a great partner for us because together we can help educators find valuable resources, organize them visually for their students, and tag them to common core standards for a complete learning management system or personal learning environment,” said Klaas Lameijer, Chief Executive Officer of SymbalooEDU.
“The VSCHOOLZ team is proud to partner with SymbalooEDU to bring our blended learning ecosystem to teachers around the world,” said Trina Angelone Trimm, Chief Operating Officer at VSCHOOLZ. “In this digital age, it is exciting to have a strategic alliance between organizations that incorporate blended classroom learning management technologies into the delivery of their curriculum. The ability for teachers to reach students through web- based and online connected communities is powerful. VSCHOOLZ is excited to work with the strong SymbalooEDU network of committed educators who already understand the value of using technology in a blended learning environment for students.”
