Video: Using ScreenChomp to Learn Phonics

08/16/2012 by silvia in Educational Apps, Videos with 1 Comment

This is a great video by TechSmith showing how teachers at the Discovery Elementary School in Williamston, Michigan are using ScreenChomp to learn phonics.

ScreenChomp is a free educational app for the iPad where teachers can help students listen to a word, break apart the word into sounds, and then write the word on screen. With Screenchomp, students can review their work and teachers, like Julie in the video, can replay the process students went through during learning.
